i was really sorry to hear that you missed the cap. i can understand since i have been there. it is frustrating but we can't do anything about it. just keep faith and may be you can study for naplex meanwhile.

I missed the quota just by one day like you. I hope they will increase the quota for this year, otherwise i have to wait for next year.
Just pray to God that they will increase the quota.

Now my question is: Do u trust this one? I mean i have a feeling that this organization is fake cuz there's no organization has an e-mail at yahoo.com. Besides i tried to call them,but somebody who doesn't speak english at all was struggling and didn't understand me at all and he was asking if i'm calling from the philippins however i don't know why! and then he hardly could say in english "try to call back later" ,then after few days i tried to call again,but the operator asked me to stay on hold so that she transfer my call,then after a long wait,she came back and said nobody is picking up and she asked for my name and my phone number so that she could give them to the one who's responsible about this thing and he'll call me back,but nobody called back.
And the most strange thing happened when i sent them e-mail asking about this,they sent me a contract and asked for all of my documents to be sent to them with the contract and they said "if u wanna contact us,send us an e-mail or a fax" but how about calling them!! I really have no idea what's going on over there. So did anybody ever tried this who could give me his experience???

I have been reading your posts. I missed the cap and I'd like to know through which company did you get your H1. If I'm not wrong you are in Dallas, TX right? I'm too and I couldn't get a company for sponsorship. I'd appreciate you could guide me on that.

Hi guys,

Does anyone have any info. about the increment of H1 quota(not masters)this year. If nothing is going to happen i will leave all hopes and do something else, its tough to be in this dilemna.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated

i have no idea about the company. once a lady called me from this company and said that she can place me. so interviewed me and then they sent a contract asking for 2yrs bond.

i never called them back. i just thought that the info will be useful so i posted it. pls use the information at your own risk.

i posted everything i knew.

Hi guys,

I had been reading about the Cresent company scam. I think whoever has been a victim of this company , or whoever has paid certain amount to this company should contact the police in USA. There is no need for a scam to exist here and I am sure the US police will act fast on it.

They might also see the copy of check issued for this company.
