i need some information regarding hib quota of year 2006

1. I HEARD THAT HIB QUOTA OF YEAR 2006 IS GOING TO BE FINISHED VERY SOON . PLEASE CONFIRM ME REGARDING THIS POINT

2. IF ANYBODY KNOW ANY SPECIFIC SITE FROM WHERE I CAN BE ABLE TO GET UPDATE INFORMATION EVERYDAY REGARDING HI B QUOTA .
