Hi all
I heard the cap reached on August 10th.
does it indicate the number approved and pending combined or only one approved?
How do people know they miss the number by one day or couple of days?
do you think filing this month or early June still can make it?

they reached almost 40.000 on 5-16,if u wanna do it do it asap good luck
