I think it should be 5 years of Undergraduate Pharmacy schooling. This would mean Masterals are not included as this is Post Graduate studies. I suggest you call NABP to make sure because you'll never know if we are indeed correct with current information or requirements. Good Luck

hi!!i have tried to get my answer from many forums but couldnt find a solution..may be u can help me!i recently graduated from a 4 year pharmacy degree 2006 from india.i was planning to sit for fpgee exam this coming december but because of new rules by nabp which requires 5 yrs bachelor degree i m confused if i will be eligible to sit for this exam.has anyone got any solid reply from nabp or ece regarding the solution to this problem??what can be done by us?are there any colleges which offer accelerated pharmd in the spring session for international students because the deadline for the fall session is already over.are we people who have a 4yr bachelor degree in pharmacy and are registered pharmacists in india eligible to sit for fpgee exam in december?please do reply because i m really confused as to how we guys are going to practise in states

H1b visa is nothing to do with US license. People came to US before appearing for FPGEE on H1b visa. _ _ _ _ SIG _ _ _ _
H1 B has a lot of to do with US license ( at least for pharmacists). H1B is Visa for skillful specialists, so before you apply for H1B it's better to have an intern license. At least from my experience.....I never planed to go to the area where I am now, I wanted a different state but I didn't have intern license in this state so, they even didn't consider me as a candidate without a license. However, when I mentioned that I have a license from another state I was admitted right away. |
