Please, answer what do You think :

After taking all exams with good results I am worring about my average grade from all the subjects during my 5 years studies which is C or 3. My question is:

Does employer consider average grade as an important criterion.
Or maybe employer consider only Your NAPLEX results. Or maybe employer consider the fact that You are lincensed pharmacist.

Any of Your opinion will be really helpful.

Employer only cencerns about your Licence. Either intern or pharmacist. They only ask do you have licence and FPGEC certificate. Don't worry about you marks in school, fpgee and Naplex. Only "Do you have licence?" is their q always

According to the huge shortage in the United States

I'd say that the employers will be more than "HAPPY" to hear from you as long as you have a valid license......
