i just wanted to know if anyone got h1-b approval / RFE recently for the position of pharmacist intern. please let me know.

Hi,
I was wondering the same thing.My lawyer filed my H1B in may, havent heard from uscis apart from their reciept notice.How long does it normally take?

i got receipt number long back since my case was in premium. but after that recieved a RFE/query asking if pharmacist intern are eligible for h1 b visa. my lawyer said he is working on it.

yes my case was filed in CA. how about you ? did you track your status online ?

My H1B case has been approved since June 20 per USCIS website. However, i am still waiting for forwarding document from my company. I recieved my petition on April 5th,2006.

My case was also in premium.1 week after filing they asked for more documentation to support my education in primary school and secondary school which I sent..I have a reference no. to track my case online but everytime i check online it says the same thing (about them requesting extra documentation).
You can check the USCIS website that shows processing centre status times.For visas filed in CA the site was last updated June 20th & it says they are working on H1B that notices were sent in April 16th.
Since I recieved my nreciept notice in may 15th i think mine is still on the que.

Hi pharmacist 2005,
Your post made me worried because this is the 1st time to hear about doubting concerning intern H1B visa, we all know that USCIS always issue H1B visa for intern pharmacists, may you please tell us more about what u meant in your post, thanks a lot.

I don't think my company submitted premium process for me. I got my reciept with my case number around the 10th April. My case has been recieved by USCIS on the 5th April. I keep tracking my case number from USCIS website. I registered my case and got notified via my email on June 20th that my case has been arrpoved. Noone asked me for additional documents about my primary /secondary school. In CA service center, they just start processing people who submitted in April.

I think people should start getting approval from them soon. hang in there.

Hi Guy's i am in same situation,i had applied in regular processing through Eckerd,no any decision yet,but some guy's applied through the same company in premium processing got RFE.
It's realy a surprising situation,couple of my friend applied through walgreens in premium processing got approved without any query.I try to figure out it's some company specific or just case specific?
Is there any case here of regular processing get this type of RFE?
