is there any other way to track a petition without a receipt for regular processing?
it's over 5 weeks.

Did you ask your lawyer lately? It should not take that long to get your receipt. Your lawyer might already have it.

i already asked my lawyer but he told me he hasn't received a receipt yet and explained he has no way of knowing where my petition is located because it's not premium.

Hi Pharmajade

Which company applied for you and which center?,it's look like that Albertson (premium procesing)candidate getting RFE?
Mine one is Eckerd in vermont applied 28th April in regular,no any response yet.
