intern in maryland

hi, i have passed toefl,tse and fpge,i haven't got fpgc certificate.
i finished my intern hours too.
meanwhile to get higher salary my employer wants me to show some proofe that (or some number) i m a intern.
when i called md board they,told me to fill 'application for phamacist licence." to get some kind od number.
i dont have any idea what they want me to do,they r not answering properly.
any suggestion, plz
