    hi there ,
well if u think that is going to work out well think about it now i guess in thy case of it i understand it but think about the person who represented thy case and the conversion or buy out of thy earlier company to the newer one (transition) and i guess every one who ever has applied for a either a transfer or change of status has rcvd this notice so pls think and i do hope that u have had legal advice too about it
    good luck

    hi

i have got denial and not just query. I came to know recently that h1 was approved without any query for a person for the same company and represented by the same lawyer. see there is nothing wrong with what my lawyer did. if 4yr degree is not required to do pharmacy internship then they should have not given approval to any case ever....right ?

then why they are selectively denying cases on basic eligibilty for some people and not even asking query in other cases ? sounds really unfair to me.

well anyways......i'll try to do whatever i am capable of. you don't need legal advice to request someone to help you.

    hi

I am not offended and it is ok. we are here to help each other and express our views. i will wait for my appeal thing to go on but since someone suggested that i thought i'll try. see if someone agrees to call on my behalf and ask ....i feel there is no harm. however it is not easy to get some senator to help you specially since we are not citizens.

I am sorry if i sounded rude in my post. I am really upset but i was merely telling you about my situation.

    thanks anyways for your advice.
