nobody helping?
Hi all
i really need you guy's opinion about the contract i got offered from my H1 sponsoring employer. I will mention just couple of sections, which seem to be important; 1. A has to make a committment for the company, wherever assigned, after being licensed. 2. Upon breakage of the contract, A has to make total compensation plus *.* interest rate (high interest rate). 3. Even though fired for cause (including the reason the company doesn't need A any more), A still has to perform the obligation above 2. I really want to know other employers like other chains or big companies do the same thing to graduate interns. anyone please private message to me if don't want to post here! really appreciate that. |

Personally, I will not sign a contract like that esp if it is more than 2 yr contract. These companies are exploiting you and others because they know you want to live and work in the US. If you think you dont have a choice...think again. After all it is you who you want to be, where you want to be and what you want to be. Look around and dont haste in your decision. There are companies out there...
I would suggest, find a lawyer that could give you a more professional advice. Goodluck. |
