Hello,
Did anyone try to appyl or talk to the chain store pharmacies regarding H-1B sponsor for this yr?
I tried to apply to a few co's. got no response yet. is it the same for everyone who need a sopnsor or did anyone get an offer.
please let us know. so that we can keep up our hope.
when will all this begin? is it the right time?
u'r info will be appreciated.

just be patient
I know it is hard !!! but it is a process they have to follow !!

Hi i agree tis aprocess and it might take some time and to ease your tension i might suggest some of my friends here just go to www.uscis.gov and over there u will be able to find out information realting to H1B's and would also state dates when would the USCIS would start processing the H1B's for the next year ,time frame and documents list just to make you aware of the process and then try to get some inforamtion from the chain or company that might be willing to process your h1b ...
folks i know its tiresome and at times frustating i have been through it and i understand it but here i am successful today and i can tell u tht u too will be but it needs some patients and hard work and i am sure we all have these two things...

Don't worry I am with u. Even I didn't get any reply from them and I think they actually start contacting us some where in the mid feb.

I am also in the same boat.Did not get any reply yet.
Sageda mahmoud of riteaid is hopeless.I think she is not worth the job she is doing.The only reply we get is " we r not interested to offer you a position".
When i tried to contact other recruiters also they say sageda deals with international candidates.I am even not sure if higher authorities are aware of her actions.
Did anyone ever get any positive reply from herrrrrr?????????
Walgreens say they have oppurtunities in AZ which i cannot go.
CVS asks us to contact in mar/apr.
This process is really tiresome.
All those who r in the same situation pl keep posting u r experiences and let us share information.

I agree with u.that is really annoying....when did sageda tell u taht she is not interested in hiring u.recently?pl...do reply back.

I am also facing the same problem.....Are u looking for sponsor for internship or as a pharmacist?
Did u get to talk to Sageda. I have been sending her emails since 2 months without a reply. Moreover whenever I call her , I always get her voicemail...so how did u manage to talk to her?
CAn anybody tell us any pharmacy that is good and responsive and helpful in this visa process...its is all getting so frustrating......

Sageda(riteaid) is hopeless lady. I have been trying for 2 yrs now..and getting same reply "we don't have any intern position rightnow, sorry" I live in california so who ever has license from diff states, they should try and see what is her response ? In year 2005 my friend's spouse got job in riteaid(my friend is working in PA, riteaid) without sageda's connection....In short if u have internal connection/reference u can get job easily (this is just one example)
