GA state's Internship

Dear friends,
I need some info. Regarding the Georgia state’s Intern Lic.
The application has to be notarized by the attorney in GA. Being a foreign graduate (rite now in India), how can I get it done?
Can anyone especially those who have the Intern Lic. of GA help me out? It’s very urgent. Thank you.
