I have MI intern license expiring on June 30, 07. Walgreens asked me to renew the same (they say validity shd be beyond oct 30, 07 for H1B)
MI board of pharmacy said that they can renew it only within 60 days of expiration. I dont know wht to do.
One more thing, do walgreens take people on OPT.
Also whts the pay rate in Michigan.

not yet, it seems they dont have much openings in michigan.

did u get any call from pharmacy superviser. did they take ur interview or not. i have already got offer letter form walgreen. but they require license renewal.

Do you require H 1B or TN visa. please let us know about it. As far as , I know that Walgreens has not started interviews atleast in my friends circle requiring H 1 sponsorship.

so samir, wht abt license renewal thing. they said they will need it to be valid beyond oct 2007 to file H1B. wht r the options. i dont know if they say no on time.
