internship visa
hi all,
i think, we should also ask for the internship visas e.g. J1 visa. because if anybody who wants to start internship here in U.S. and he does not get H1 B visa. then at least he can start his internship with J1 And can reapply for H1B visa next time.

please even if you did not file for this year it may effect all of us please take a action if possible please forward to your friends too.doesnot matter they are applying or not its just a support so even your/our grandfather/grandmother can send a mail.try to send as many mail as we can

I already took the action. I sent this message to Senator Boxer as I am in California. I also sent this message to senator Feinstien.
I urge to all people to do so.

Please don't just speak. Please do something about this. Take some action.
send this messages to as many senators as possible.

Hi friends,

I received a reply from the Senator about H-1 increased to 115,000. He supported the bill but the House decided to do public hearing instead and avoid to talk to Senate negotiators.

We may have to wait until 110 Congressional Conference. Does anyone know how to contact American Immigration Lawyer Association?

However, my next job is to write a letter about TOEFL iBT. If anyone has information to add about abusive action, please send a Private Message to me.

Thanks for your prompt action in writing to the senators.
Is it that H1 increased to 115,000 or they had considered increasing the H1cap to 115,000.
Please clear my doubt.
