H1B for advanced degree holders
Hi King Tut, i read your posting yesterday about USCIS receiving only about 12,000 cases for advanced masters cap and they are reopening petitions under that category, but thats not stated anywhere on their website. Can you please source your information so we all can have a better idea of whats going on. As far as i know USCIS is still counting and is not sure of how many cases fall under mandated cap and how many are under the advanced degree cap. I will appreciate your feedback on this. Thanx.
