Hi ToeflIBT:
No I just got one notice of receipt on 04/03/2007 which is still showing the case is received and pending. I heard from my lawyer she said that USCIS will keep significant numbers of applications and then all will go for lottery so I am wondering is my application already selected for CAP or after lottery they reject my case and going to return the application but if they do return why my online status is still showing received and pending. I am kind of confused becuase I did not hear anything from my lawyer yet and my case was regular not premium and under regular quota. Please I am requesting all visitors and forum members pray for me and I am doing pray for others. Thanks |

Hi
Just today i received approval from walgreens.This is the email i got from my attorney... This is to let you know that your H-1 visa petition has been approved and is effective from October 1, 2007 until September 30, 2009. Our office received electronic confirmation of the approval today. When our office receives the original approval notice, we will send it to you by Fed Ex along with a certified copy of the H-1 application so that you may apply for an H-1 visa at the Consulate in London. If you have any other questions regarding your employment, please direct your inquiries to you contact at Walgreens. |
