Hi,
Please post when u recieve reciept or approval notice regular quota after lottery. It will help others to know about the situation.

Something strange going on I dont know, UCSIS announced on 13th April on its website that for premium processing count down dates will be strated from 12 April ( Lottery occuring day) but I manipulate the notice of receipt number of mine and i saw so many numbers has been issued the approval on 11tha approval how comes it possible if they conduct the lottery on 12 April, I am wondering so much. Please someone put the light on this issue.

it did send the notice before and after lottery if you get both(2 receipt you are in )if not you must cofirm it

USCIS said that they got enoug visa application on the first day so they will conduct lottery and for premium process (15 days for premium process) they will start the processing date after lottery but they send the approval to some applications might be from premium process on 11th April so how about the lottery although lottery occured on 12tha April that my question. So how they send the approval so fast for those applications.

R u sure they r general Quota???
I don't think those approved r under general quota, they may be master, renewal, transfer or any other type other than new, regular H1 who MUST ALL pass lottery first.

yeah they issued before and after those who got before lottery they must confirm.if they get 2 reciept ie before and after than they are in. anyway its complicated we cannot question them.

Ok so if some one get two notice of receipts I mean one before lottery and one after lottery so it means he or she got qualified for lottery and if some one got only notice of receipt before lottery so it means he or she did not qualify for the lottery and later or sooner will get the application back. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi!
Today , I check my status onlin on USCIS and they approved my H1b for regular quota which was file under Premium Processing .
Good luck to every one who is wating for H1B
