So as I understand you properly, we don't have to submit FPGEE Certificate in Michigan if we already have an intern licence. Right

I mail my documents to MI Board on May 31, They issued me an intern liscence on JUNE 20. If I finished the internship hours, can I transfer it to another state that require the FPGEC? Will they aprove my hours and let me Take the NAPLEX..?

Hi selena,

I think you can do intern hours but you can go to only those states afterwards where they don't require FPGEC certificate. You must have to pass TOEFL IBT for that. OR may be after 2 years as a pharmacist in michigan you can move to other states, but you have to check that first with particular state requirements.

Anyways, are you working with any retail store right now? If yes then which one?

I think MI and FL now require the FPGEC to apply for intern license as I got email regarding that from my friends, I do not know what is that!!!!

Regarding your first question. What are we going to do? Several of us have written the TOEFL iBT Complaint and Petition to NABP (two separate letters ) to ask for reducing requirement, asking for other English proficiency exams as ways to certified pharmacists.

Please check pharmacy forum and send the letters. "Petition to NABP" is the name of the thread. Slaves will not be slaves forever. The way TOEFL iBT handles is not fair. I know several friends who have to be away from their families because they cannot be certified in their states because of TOEFL iBT or TSE.
