Okay, if it is true. Please type it and post it here in details. We want to see the letter. Are you sure that it is the letter from FPGEC, not a customer service department. I want to make sure that it is a decision from the executive committee.

If it is from the executive committee, please send our letters to US Commission. I already sent it this evening before I saw your post.

This is really unfair. Our voice has never been heard even though the test centers are lousy. We must go next step further. It is not because I did a lot of things but because it is not fair. TOEFL iBT needs to be fixed sooner or later.

I can't believe that NABP ignores our complaint. It is obvious that who is right, who is wrong. Thousands of test takers are in stressful situations because of TOEFL iBT and then NABP supports it.

Let's do it. Would you like to go to Illinois and march to the office of NABP? Or another chice, should we send the letter to IL Consumer Complaint?

We need a meeting with the board.

Please read this. Fellow pharmacists (NABP) do not listen for their own folks.

Do not compromise. How can you need all pharmacists to got through the same procedure when it is clear that this test is unfair? That's the point.

Let send the lettter of complaint to IL Consumer Affairs. As I said before, sooner or later, the system needs to be fixed. How can NABP throw the complaint in garbage? Are they supporting a thief to prosper.

ETS does not act better than a street thief in operating this test and suggesting institutions to request such a high score.

We all together must make our voices heard. For those who haven't send letters to Chain Drug Stores, please do so immediately.

I do believe that our claims are quite genuine to deserve fair treatment by the authorities. Believe me, nobody would act illegaly and continue to prosper in this country. Remind yourselves of the major lawsuits (ENRON, Martha Stewart, Paris Hilton, and the likes). This country is governed by the rule of LAW.... We've tried to follow procedures.... If the responsible authorities won't do the work they're supposed to do then we should take the legal channel. I think whatever response they gave to raja's friend is something that came out from NABP's daily routine as they have established. I am sure they limitted their response to what is currently required without any further analysis. The real answer is still to come in two weeks or so. This kind of decisions take time and a lot of research and discussions within NABP Executive committe. Let's wait, and all new folks out there that have not sent any letters, please send it ASAP. This can't be a matter of only 3 to 4 people sending letters, it must be hundreds or thousands of us sending letters, otherwise NABP will never take this point to a deeper analysis. Do not give up. Nothing is strongest than the Truth.

When it says within 2 weeks from the WA board. The letter was dated July 18. Today is July 30 so that might be the real answer.

Let's send the complaint to IL Attorney General, IL Consumer Complaint, and US Commission.

I completely agree with you. The justice system in this country is so strong. America is stronger than other countries because of establishing of the strongest justice system. Let's the justice do its work. I have complained for too long now. I can't see any more victims in the process. If we won't do next step further, we are the people to be blamed for the system failure.

The answer came even before we sent out the additional information. It is easiest to say no. Probably, nobody even read the letters.

Last June 8, 2007 I signed up for a TOEFL iBT exam and the latest test date that they have is on September 28, 2007 so i signed up for it. Today i found out that they have an TOEFL iBT exam available for August 10, 2007. I tried to contact ETS and they told me that I had to pay $ 50 rescheduling fee even if my scheduled exam is still 58 days from today. They told me that its their policy. By the way, the cost to schedule for an exam is $ 150. Truly this is a money making thing!

The trick is that ETS tried to sell only bad test centers first, then sell a bit better test centers later. I know this trick.

It is normal to charge for rescheduling fee. Actually, to be fair, if the test cannot be operated or canceled, ETS must pay us back $50 plus traveling fee.

This is one of 1,000 stories we have known for years. Then, NABP says that iBT is the best. This policy just made people angrier and angrier.

Has anyone received a reply or an update from the agencies to which went sent our letters? (Especially NABP)
I just hope that they are not giving us a deaf ear with regards to our concerns.
