Hi Everybody,
I Do Really Support The Idea To Legally Create Our Own Organization. So, Knok Go Ahead. You Can Count On Me As Member As Today. Once We Get It Funtioning We Can Name Lawyers To File Claims For Us. Lawyers Are Almost A Privilege Of Rich People As They Are Realy Expensive. To Run A .org Is Not Easy Either, We Need Money To Have A Web Site, We Need To Have Statutes And A Board Of Directors. We Need An Income And The Main Sources Of Income On A .org Are Donations And Member's Contribution. You Got It? I Think That Is The Main Concept Of A .org In This Country. Meanwhile Those Who Have Been Humiliated Because Of Test Centers Problem, Please Keep Sending Letters To Nabp, Do Not Stop, Let Them Know By Any Mean, Send Faxes, E-mails, Letters, Make Phone Calls Etc...you can also look for civil rights organizations, they have their own lawyers and they can file claims for you. The Above Cases Deserve Lawsuit, You All Have Wasted You Precious Time And Money, Plus The Humiliation. Nabp Is Being Blinded By Ets. Ets System Is Going Down, They Know It And They Are Frightened. Do Not Lose The Faith. Remember, Sooner Or Later But The Justice Always Prevail. Emac |

Folks,
Please post your opinions. What should we do? It is too long now. WA Governor told me on July 18 that she would let me know within 2 weeks. ![]() Every minute, people are throwing away their money for taking the tests in bad conditions and driving to far away test centers and wait and cannot take their tests because the server is down. Some of them have to take vacations to take their tests. It is going on and on for years. I had this same experience too. I remember that I was starved to death when I waited for the server. ![]()

Still no answer from the NABP? What do you think if we contact them?
I tried to contact my state board but I couldn't get the person responsible for the foreign pharmacists.

Hi fafy,
If you call State Board, they are going to say, "We are following the NABP's decision. We are responsible for issuing Pharmacy license only. We have nothing to do with it. We don’t set the rules." You must contact Governor and legislators because they are elected by people. The executive committee of State Board is elected by Governor. Chain Drugstores paid for political campaigns. You can click one by one. They announced clearly in their annual reports or their web sites how much each chain drugstore paid for each political campaign. This process is called a government of the people, by the people, for the people.

It won't hurt to try but I don't think that customer service will be able to answer the questions regarding the changes of policy if that policy has not been approved or announced to be used.
In 2005, I called NABP's customer service. Fortunately, in that day, the policy has been approved and announced (regarding elimination of 2 year requirement.) All policies musted be approved by the executive committee.

But at least to know if they are actually doing something regarding our problem or just buying some time.
The NABP has a conference in september so maybe they will do something then! Let's cross our fingers my friends.

Thanks for your effort. If anyone can do anything, please don't hesitate to do so as long as it won't hurt.
I called NABP a couple of times in the past years. Customer service representatives didn't answer my questions. They told me that they would call me back. Unfortunately, they never did. Not only that, but also their voices were not friendly. The acted like they were my bosses. These past experiences with NABP's customer service representatives discourage me to call NABP. I don't want to ruin my day. However, they are a little bit better than some of ETS customer service representatives.

Do they mean "the executive committee"? Please try it. I already did a few months ago.
For those who haven't sent the letters, please do so. Thanks.
