If you send to customer service, it will be either in trash or you will receive an answer on regular basis. I guess.

Probably, we have to wait a bit. This is all we can do right now. I believe that NABP is trying to fix the problems. However, it won't hurt if we try to collect information about tests and situations that people experienced with ETS. Everything should be documented.

We need strong evidences from you.

That's why the mean score of candidates from the USA is 22.

I know that some of us have already received a letter from NABP. Please type it here or start a new thread. Even though it is not a good news, we must plan for the next step.

I already opened a PO Box so all us can send your evidence to this mailbox and start the process in justice system.

Did you guys sent the letter to ETS. I have recently noticed that they are little bit liberal in scoring. One of friend recently passed with a score of 26 and another one got 24 on speaking after several attempts.'Thank goodness!

Yes, we did. We will do it until our voices being heard.

Keep sending letters to authority. A score of 24, 26, 28, or 30 does not mean anything as long as the score can be changed to 19, 21, 23, or 28. It is our hope that the monopoly will disappear from FPGEC certificate program. The big problem of all the issues here is the "MONOPOLY".

We must not stop asking for a fair test. This is the only test that has a format that allows test takers to shout in the test room, at the same time. A successful candidate must be able to concentrate in a noisy environment, which is very difficult to do.
