Have not you heard anything whether acceptance or rejection?
As I am did not recieve anything either. I do not know what that means?

Are you applied from which center or which state ? I mean which company and which state, because different center have different last date? I read that update from USCIS.

My application has been returned for the 2nd time from the uscis.

I do not know, the lawyer said that the uscis not recieved my application as it was sent in improper time but it was recieved according to teh fedex rect # on 04/02/07.

Do you think the appeal here will avail after that second return?

Please help.
