How much do a pharmacy technician get paid in CVS/pharmacy when he starts?

It's about $12.5/hour in MD.

Hi!

Everything is different from store to store. Fortunately our store manager;supervisor pharmacist and pharmacy crew are nice people and I have no problem with them.
CVS has a lot of stores in several states, so you have the option to move from one state to another and still work for CVS.
Anyway it seems that CVS pays less than Safeway and Walgreens to its employees.

Do some CVS Pharmacies require a certification in order to become a Tech? It seems to be the case here in LA, but I know someone from Orange County, he said you don't need to be certified.

hi, myself is hemal makadia, I have completed my bachelors in pharmacy from india in dec 2006 and now I am planning for futher studies in US, I already have Green card of US and I am a resident of NJ... pls tell me whether I can give FPGEE or not? Also let me know which course i should apply for MS or PharmD, which one has good scope? Will I get credit for what I have studied if i apply for any of these courses, let me know such universities.. And if I want to do Pharmacy technician course then how can i do that... pls help me..please mail me on hemal_makadia123@yahoo.co.in or reply me in this forum...thanks
