TOEFL iBT Complaint to Consumer Affairs (NJ)

Hi everyone,

If you agree with the statement in the letter of TOEFL iBT Complaint, please forward this letter to as many people as possible.

We not only send a seperate petition to NABP, but we also will send this letter to Consumer Affairs in NJ because we want to put pressure on ETS. We want ETS to improve the quality and service of TOEFL iBT. I know that many of us have sent complaints to ETS many times, but we continue to have frustration on testing format, testing environment, and scoring process.

Please put your correct addresses, sign your name, and send this letter and TOEFL iBT test center problem table to Consumer Affairs. This letter should be put in a large envelope without folding. If possible, please send by a certified mail. It is a courtesey to send by a certified mail when contacting a government agency.

Again, the office of Consumer Affairs always look at the number of casualties. If you want to send it by having many people sign their signatures in the same envelope, please make sure that you type their correct addresses and names and have everyone sign the petition. Addresses are important.

I know we just try to solve this issue by contact and take the right route
but the whole picture is to follow up this issue and make any change as far as regulation is time consuming because nothing move and changes fast in
The United state . we should get more members involved to have hope
some day sombody understand our situation.

Dose anybody knows the english test its requirment for other health
professionals like Doctors , Nurses and etc. to qualified for practice?

I live in Canada . May I send the letter to office of consumer affairs ? Also can we initiate a legal petition against ETS and NABP that both are protecting each others benefits ?

Doctors don't have to take any language exams in order to practice.

Why I can't download the complain except after I make 100 post it is not a book and I have the right to share because I am a pharmacist and an active member in this forum.
