Hi dream,
UK Pharmacist are not earning quit well and at the starting salary around 32K UK Pound Sterling, and it will not increase steadily as compare to other professions.Furthermore, I have seen a lot of UK Pharmacist leaving the profession or doing locum work. I believe that I have answer your last 2 question.

How much is the Canadian average(especially Ontario, and especially, retail pharmacies) then? I hear some say it's equivalent to US salaries, but I am still not too sure about this.

Hi shehneela I am also preparing for the evaluating exam, I joined this group earlier so had some useful info about books from few of the members. I am using CPR (Comprehensive Pharmacy review by shargel), Lippioncott for pharmacology and some more...........

hiii der i have recently completed my b pharmacy n will be arrivin in canada till aug. so for my evaluating exam i would like some guidance n some sugestions please.....like what are the dates n which books should i refer....

m also preparing for the evaluating exam. i am stdying from shargel,bt was wondering wether we have to study the full book? can any1 tell me what exactly to study? do any 1 has the syllabus copy from PEBC?

I am a pharmacist in uk and am looking to do the evaluation exam to start process of qualifying in canada. I have looked at the pebc website and extracted some information, but have been taken aback by the depth of the question in the ee exam. can anyone suggest resources & books they consider the best to revise & prepare for ee & also where to obtain if outside canada. Your help is much appreciated. Raf

Hi zyper and new comers
welcom to this forum, check the previuos posting u may find useful books and links (lady jane and riz khan discussions). Its true there are too many things to cover I found CPR(Comprehensive pharamcy review BY shargel) is a good compilation of all those necessary things.
