    Bivins!
    Thank you for your post!
Info like this interested me but not so much as I live in BC (I call in April to inquire about length and 500 h is what I was told ). Also I'm not going to worry about internship now because I can't do nothing about it and thoughts would only distract me. I know in BC one can go through internship after passing Evaluating an English exam but, really, it's not wise, in my opinion. While one go through working in a real pharmacy as intern he is basically preparing himself for OSCE and if you are not pass MSC your knowlege is not enough to do so.
As you told OSCE is really subjective test and fellow pharmacists in the best position to prepare a student for this exam as they themself passed this exam.
About moving to US is not for me(also Hawaii are looking rather tempting ) at least at this time - I have a Canadian citizenship as well as my husband - he also has a good job here and else - Canada is beautiful, specially Vancouver

I believe leucopenia and thrombocytopenia are the common blood problems, what do you think?
Tel me what are the symptom of extra-pyramidal effect of typical antipsycotic drugs?
I will send you that article,by the way it is on Pharmacy Gateway website.I suggest you to register on this site, you may find useful.

Not quite right - thrombocytopenia is associated with valproic acid and neutropenia with carbamathepine

extra pyramidal effect of typical antipsycotics would be tardive dyskinesia - impairment of voluntary movement like repetitive involuntary movements.

now tell me 2 common side effects of ACE

I registered to that site and then forgot my password. also I registered as a tech - are they see different type of site?

    Hi
The difference in side effect of these 2 drugs make it useful in prescribing like a patient with neutropenia so can prescribe valporic acid but no carbamazepine, is it true!
Extra pyramidal side effcts are Tardive Dyskinesia,Acute Dystonia,Akathisia and Pseudoparkinsonism.
ACE side effects are Dry cough and hypernatremia, what do you think
How do you treat Tardive Dyskinesia?
If you registered as a Technician so I donot think that you need to reregister.
Tell me another thing is that I am looking for employer who appoint me for the post of Techniacian because I believe it really help me for my ultimate goal,do you know How can I do that?already applied some pharmacies but not a positive reply.
    Regards

    1. Dry cough and hyperkalemia

    2. Your problem is you probably don't have right status to work in Canada and employers don't wanna do extra work and hire such a person. May be you'd better sent your papers to get that status? Or may be I'm wrong and you can legally work in Canada?

When I was looking for a Tech position I simply took list of all pharmacies in my city and fax my resume to them (not mail on email) to all I can rich in reasonable time(from my home to them) also I in person brought the resume to same of them. I've got 3 replays, started working in one pharmacy..

If I were you, of course, I'm not. I would start immigration process right now. Count your points Welcome to Citizenship and Immigration Canada - you most probably know this site, don't you? If you would have toefl, qualifying exam results they would give you good point on adaptability.

Tardive diskinesia - switch to atypical?
SSRI - anxiety, fatigue, dementia, depression, premature ejaculation, syncope , agitation on initiation, nausea. All of them mostly on first 1-4weeks.

My question - constipation and metallic taste would be some side effect of what antiarrhythmic?

I have already applied 4 months ago for Immigration but the waiting time is 44 months
In TD need to increase the dosage of antipsychotic and add Benzodiazepine or reserpine.
In SSRI - depression is not a Side effect
Amiodarone I know it can cause metallic taste symptom but not sure about the constipation.
My Question: Felbamate,an anticonvulsant, have two common side effects are?
