Nice to see your post.
I am focusing on patient counseling for OSCE and whenever finish any topic, look all possible counselling.
You can advice me about MCQ-1, how do you manage your studies? which book you use? and if it possible just give some idea abouth the questions.

I am not very good to tell you but most of them telling that Therapeutic Choices is the best for this Exam.

I don't know what do you use as a reference, but in my books it nowhere said about increasing dose of antipsychotic - usual recommendation is to remove offender, if possible, switch to clozapine - some improvements are seen sometimes. Also treat with benzodiazepines...
Propafenone cause constipation and metallic taste.
Amiodarone - hyper/hypothyroidism, corneal deposits...
About felbamate - well... I was worried I didn't even recorgnized the name so I started searching It's not in TC, it's not in CPS (neither in the list of products or discontinued) in wiki it said felbamate was approved and then withdrawn in US. Now it's only approved in UK in US on limited bases. So my verdict is - forget about it.

I am preparing for Evaluating exam in Jan 08. I have few friends at different stages of the exams and for sure will ask them to hoin the forum. The best and coolest part is that when you search for "Canada, pharmacy, exam, etc" forum in Google this thread stands on top.

You can't take qualifying exam in January because it's on November. Evaluating exam runs in January, so which one are you taking?
