Information Center -Sending your evidence

Hi pharmacists,

Our staff (TOEFL iBT Petition) plans to open a P.O. Box for all of us who want to send the complaints about TOEFL iBT such as rescoring, testing conditions, testing procedure, and testing administration. This mail box will serve as an information center that we can collect evidence and facts about FPGEE test takers and all TOEFL iBT test takers.

What do you think? Will you be willing to send your evidence to the center? Of course, the evidence must be used to testify legally. They may contain your full names, addresses, email addresses, and your test registration ID.

Anyone who has facts, evidence, details of your experiences that you think that they need to be used as proof, please send them to this mailbox.

We sent complaints to NABP, but we are not sure whether NABP received your letters or not. It is better to send it to one place. After that, we can file only one envelope together. Documents are surely stronger than words.

Ok I got a good one that just happened this morning:
I applied for rescoring my speaking part 2 weeks ago. We called ETS, give them our credit card details. So today we called them to know if there were any change in my score. And oh surprise, ETS had no trace of any rescoring. We got the manager of the customer service on the phone and apparently, the credit card number was not good so they simply decided not to warn us and not do the rescoring and there is nothing they or we can do about it.
Is there any else to whom this situation happened?
So of course Knok I am willing to send you my experience.

This is common that ETS won't respond when anything like this or worse than this happens.

There are too many test takers to take care of. The best thing for this situation is that NABP should not rely on ETS anymore. We must collect the complaints and prove about what we have said. They are true stories that affect directly to pharmacists' lives and indirectly to patients when the situation of pharmacist shortage exists.

I check with post office. I am on the waiting list of government post office.( to get a PO BOX.) I may be able to get it next month.

However, I decided to rent a private mail box (PO BOX) for 3 months. After 3 months, we should get a permanent mail box.

I will let you know the address by Monday.

TOEFL test takers, both pharmacists and non-pharmacists, can send all complaints to this mail box.

It is easier to collect all documents in one place.
