I receive my Michigan intern license in 06, I was expired in June 07. I have extended the second year which will be expire in June 08. I just receive an offer as an intern pharmacy but it will not start until May 08. As stated in the instruction "An educational limited license issued to a foreign Pharmacy graduate is valid for not more than two years from the date of issue, unless extended by the board upon written request by the intern"; my question are:

1. Have anyone done that?
2. Do they need any kind of documents rather than a letter for extension?
