Hi all,

I'm a foreigner, and wondering if I graduate phamacy in USA. Do I need to take Toefl speaking test to get score 26?

The answer is no. But, depending on the state you may be required to take an English proficiency test before you can be licensed, I know the state of Maryland requires it even from American citizens. Good luck.
