From 2-4 Years.
There is a program called non traditional pharmD in florida university, search for it on google.

He has to be licensed pharmacist in order to be enrolled in the NTPD.

After finishing B.Pharmacy in India, we have to study 2 and 1/2 yrs in US to complete PharmD. Go to website of Nova Southeastern University. They offer foreign graduates this additional course. Hope it helps.
