Taking the TOEFL ibt several times... which score is valid?

I was wondering if someone takes the Toefl 2 times in a week period and gets all the required scores on the first attempt but not on the second one. All the scores are reported to the NABP. Which score will be valid? Will he still be eligible for the FPGEC?
    Thnak you for your answers.
Good luck and HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008. May it be the year of all our successes.

Hi! Why did he took the test again when he already met the required scores? Just asking... ;-)

This is an hypothetical question. But you can take the test two times in a week so that you won't receive the first results before taking the second test. I know that some people did it.

hi! I ask the toefl teacher in the toefl forum about this and he believes that you can use either score to qualify for your license. It doesn't really matter if you took another test after the one with the best score.
