The information shared to us by Aymanph incited me to plan to collect similar information on speaking section of the TOEFL-Ibt from test takers. This will enable us to obtain concrete evidence as to whether ETS is consistent/inconsistent when rating test performances as High, Good, Fair etc and then changing these into numerical values which ranges from 0 -30. It does not matter whether you have psed the test after several times. The information can help other friends who do not pass or for those who are .taking the test in future. I was trying to create a table and attached to this message but for technical reason i could't. Anyone can use any form that he/she thinks is a better way of presenting it. Once, I obtain the information, I will try to compile them together and share the information with you so that we can plan on next steps.

Hello,
I've been taking TOEFL 5 times already. I am angry, tired and disappointed.I managed to get score 26 from speaking 3 times in a raw. However, it was useless, because my writing wasn't good ( according to them). Now, when I have my writing 26 I am failing speaking. For the last couple times, I received only 24 from speaking. What surprises me is that my English has improved for the past 2 years. However, according to TOEFL that is not true! I am working in the pharmacy and interacting with people every single day!. Everybody perfectly understand me! Even though, when I am talking over the phone!
Where is my problem?

Sorry,
I want to correct spelling of the word "raw". The correct spelling would be ROW.
