Can anyone tell me how much time it will take approximately to get deficiency letter from Washington state?

It is going to be 5-6 weeks from the day you mailed it. That's what I was told.

Deficiency letter is something that is provided by the respected pharmacy board to the applicants who has a fpgee certificate and can't fill the intern license application form completely since they lack social security number.
This letter will state that this candidate has met all requirments for intern,still we can't issue license because of lack of SSN.

This is requested mostly by chains who has to sponsor a candidate for H1B
