For Knok

Hey Knok, I just wanted to let you know that I just checked with the Michigan Board and they decided not to continue with anything until they receive a verification from the FPGEC that I completed the certification program.
Meanwhile, I'm waiting for ETS to send me the Speaking Rescoring Report, and it's going to take approximately three weeks.
Wish me luck bro.

AJRAYES,

I am sorry to hear about the MI board's decision. Thank you for letting us know. Don't worry. We will try to find ways to put an end of the iBT ordeal and FPGEC certificate program that utilizes this unfair TOEFL iBT speaking test.

ETS is turning itself to be a billion dollar business by buying out Thomson Prometric, just to be competitive with Pearson. I am glad about the NABP's decision that it switched the NAPLEX provider from ETS to Pearson. That is one step of the moves.

If anyone wants to march to NABP, please let me know.

I am working on it. Let's wait and see.

Good luck on your rescoring. God bless us all.

Best regards,

Knok

Facts:

Be sure to pass all sections of TOEFL iBT (R21, L18, S26*,W24) before applying for FPGEE. Thousands of candidates passed FPGEE but could not achieve TOEFL requirement after several attempts. Percent passing rate on the speaking section is only 10 percent. (http://www.ets.org/Media/Tests/TOEFL...mmary_2008.pdf, page 5)

The average score on the speaking section of the US candidates is 22 and candidates from English speaking countries is 23 (http://www.ets.org/Media/Tests/TOEFL...mmary_2008.pdf, p. 9-10.)

Would you like to see changes?
