request some information about teh PEBC qualifying exam

Hello everyone, my name is Pietro, I am an italian Pharmacist that live in Rome, with 5 years of work experience ,and I would like to immigrate to Ontario to work as a pharmacist there.
And I would like to have some information:
1) If there are any chance to work in Ontario as Pharmacist and the salary rates.
2) If the exams that I have to give at the PEBC are very difficult, and if I can studied alone or I have to prepare them in a university course, and in that case how much will cost.
