Hi,
Can anyone please tell me the documents that are needed for the internship in WA? Also the page No. of the internship application form that needs to be filled in.

Hi, go to nabp dot net, scroll down on the left side to 'pharmacy boards', click on 'united states', then press the letter of your state 'w' and it will come up with all the board details and info that you need, including a website that you can access to find out about the various forms you need to fill or documents you need to send...
