Hey ,
I havn't done any interview with Albertson. so that is why, I was wondering to know that what type of questions they usually ask in the interview. They might call be for the interview. so I just want to be prepared for that.
I would appreciate if someone will share his past experience here.

Hi,

I spoke to a friend of mine and she said that generally interviews are basically to see how we would handle the pharmacy.

She said they will just ask us general questions no drug related questions.

• What do you consider to be the most important idea or suggestion you have made that
was implemented by an employer?
• Tell me about your most satisfying accomplishment as a pharmacist [or pharmacy
student or pharmacy technician].
• Tell me about a quantifiable outcome from one of your efforts at work.
• How do you measure your success at work?
Career Development
• What would you like to accomplish during the next five years?
• What made you choose pharmacy as a career?
• Who had the greatest influence on your choice of pharmacy as a career path?
• Describe the ideal position based on your long-term career plan.
Stress Management/Coping With Stress/Change
• How do you handle change at work?
• Do you prefer a structured routine in your daily work or frequent change?
• Do you prefer working in large or small groups? Why?
• What teamwork experiences have you had?
• How do your respond to deadlines?
• How do you manage stress in your daily work?
• What do you do to avoid burnout?
• How do you perform under pressure?
Communications Skills
• How do you routinely communicate with your subordinates or superiors?
