Interview with Savon?Supervalu/Acme
Hi friends,
Has anyone taken an interview with Savon/Supervalu/Acme group of Pharmacy. Can someone give me an idea what an interview with them looks like. I have heard that some pharmacy chains give you a questionnaire which involves drug related questions. If so, do you think I should revise our NAPLEX notes? I would appreciate your timely responses. Sincerely, Sonal |

Hi PharmJay
I just got my FPGEE certificate and now applying for internship. I'm also in CA-SoCal. I visited my local pharmacies and got the DM # and leaving messages, I don't know whether they will call back or not. How did you approach them, can you please guide me? Thanks |

Hi
I am also trying to contact them but haven't heard anything from the supervisor. They told me to send resume and certificate but after that they didn't reply me back. Could you guys please tell me about their hiring procedure and the best way to approach the company. Thanks. Deepak |

Hi,
my experience with internship interview was simple they asked me scenario questions e.g how to deal with employees if there is conflict or medication errors e.t.c i had a few questions about what reference sources to use if i didn't know the dosage or was not familiar with a drug.I had some clinical questions on diabetes treatment drugs too. My advice would be to be confident in what you answer, take time to think about your answers and imagine it as if you were already an RPH how you would handle your pharmacy, if its a face to face interview remember to appear proffessional. I did not get a questionnaire but then again it was 2 years ago so things might have changed. Good luck to you all and do not panic, if you made it through FPGEE you will pull through. Pharmjay |

About contacting recruiters, I advice keep trying to reach them by phone or email or any way possible. They are very busy people and may not return your calls but until they tell you no, do not give up.
I sent alot of emails and kept phoning until I got through. |
