Internship while working?

Hi Guys ,
I am currently working,and I just passed FPGEE and received my FPGEC cert few days back.I was wondering if I could do my internship while continuing with my current job? Is it possible to work while on internship, I intend doing intership during the weekends.And will it be wise to mention that in my resume or these details can be given at the time of the interwiew.
