Hi I have passed my Fpgee and Toefl ibt , my Fpgec certificate will take at least 6 months to come. I am an International student here on a F1 visa and have an SSN number. I require H1 B to work. Would I still require an deffiency letter? and why? what if my state board doesnt require FPGEC certificate to issue a Intern license? will I still require an defiency letter? please some one tell me whats a deficiency letter and would it be required in my case?
