Illinois Pharmacy license requirements

Hi JYN, I have a question for you. Did you need H1B visa? I am a bit confuse because the company that would be able to sponsor my H1B is not sure about the process. Could you help me please?

i heard tht now illinois state doesnt required FPGEE exam? is it true?directly i hav to giv naplex if i want to b reg. pharmacist for illinois state....

what is the actual process from the first to end..... to b registerd n licensure of illinois state?

i hav completed 5 yr from india... but i havnt givn FPGEE or ne xam..... for illinois state i dont required FPGEE n TOEFL lik tht i heard.. is tht true?

Hi NYK! I don't know where you got that information but they are not correct. Illinois does require that you pass the FPGEE and TOEFL before you can get your FPGEC. Please check the nabp website for more correct and reliable information or call the Board of Pharmacy in Illinois.

Hi, I am a foreign pharmacy graduate. I have passed my FPGEE and TOEFL exam in 2008. I have recently moved to Illinois. Is the state requirements still demand 5 years of pharmacy graduation? I am looking for a pharmacy intern position at any of the pharmacy stores in Illinois. Can anyone confirm whether the state rules has changed recently? I would appreciate if someone can confirm.
