I heard from one of my classmates in my school who is from India that he read in an Indian newspaper that 350,000 Indian will apply on the H-1B visa this year. Is that too much from one nationality? It won't be fair. I need to hear comments on that.

This is very sad news!!!US should get rid of all Indian consultant and their business who hire people in software and IT industry irrespective of candidate's academic qualification and technical skills.They are making mess in US economy by filing H1 with fake resume and qualification.

I think there should be a limit depending on the type of job (medicine, computer, business, etc). That way medicine related carreers would have their own porcentage.
