Now by biggest struggle is the internship,cannot seem to find
someone to help me out.
I am in Houston,and it seems Houston is a saturated market.

Hi Zyvox,
You mentioned that you couldn't find a place for internship. I would like to know if you have passed NAPLEX and MPJE, and if you volunteered your service to any independent pharmacy. I'm in Houston and I just passed the 2 exams. I am wondering if I could find a place by volunteering my service in houston. Your help will be appreciated.

Any luck on internship applications in Hou? Have you applied to take the NAPLEX before the required 3-month deadline?

I also found my self in the same situation have taken the iBT five times without success the last two tests were heart breaking incidents for me I had 27 and 26 in the two tests but scored 20 and 21 respectively in the reading and writing respectively.

I have taken another one which I am yet to get the scores and I am just praying to God that this time around there should be a miracle. Like Pharm.laura said, your performance on the test day does not indicate how well you communicate in English but how well you do on the day of the test. This method of evaluation is so unfair but we should not give up and keep on trying.

I need to ask one question. Are you on H4 status or on green card? If you are on H status, then how did you work as pharmacy technician? And in which state are you working as a technician?
As I am also on H4 status and also in same boat. So please reply me.

Hi Opoo,
Take your time while speaking. Don't thing about completing the task and your answer organization. Just speak. I thing that I took this situation with the TOEFL too seriously and it was a huge mistake. Try to speak naturally like with the friend and pronounce each sound with military precision.
Take my advice. Work on pronunciation NOT on answer organization.
Good luck to all of you who is struggling with the TOEFL.
