TOEFL victim

Hello everyone,

I cant' describe how angry, disappointed and tired I am. I've been trying to pass TOEFL 5 times! I started 1.5 years ago when my speaking wasn't really good( according to me). However, I managed to receive 26 from speaking from my tests 3 times in a row. Unfortunately, it was useless, because my writing skills needed improvement ( according to TOEFL).

Now, after 3 years of staying in this country, working and practicing speaking language every single day in the pharmacy by interacting with people in person and over the phone, my speaking ability had dramatically decreased ( according to TOEFL).

I have 26 from writing but only 24 from speaking after all these years! I prepared every time I took this test. My colleagues think that something wrong with this test, because I am fluent in English. I am always planning my response on the test. I usually have statement , then explain why I prefer it and always manage to give them examples. Any suggestions?

P.S I have very little accent.

TOEFL ruined my career. I have to leave country because my visa will end up in August 2008 . I already passed FPGEE but can't received certificate because of TOEFL. My employee agreed to sponsor me with H1 visa if I have my intern license. I sign up for another TOEFL. However, there is now way that I get it done by April.

Any suggestions?
