Did anyone receive the actual offer letter from walgreens already? Does it mention any contract or the pay for intern/pharmacist?

Did other people receiving final offers confirm their h1b will be submitted?

After you submit your documents, it takes a week before they fax you the offer letter. As far as I understand the offer letter does not mention any contract. About the same time you will also recieve a legal agreement document which contains a contract agreement.

Thank you so much for the quick reply, Ramki. Is the legal agreement document sent from their international office or the state office that accepts you. What does it mention in that letter? How long shall we be required to work there or any other clauses which are too severe, for example, like the 4/5 year rite aid rule?

Hi,
I received an offer letter from Walgreens via mail. In that letter, they mentioned about the intern pay rate and they just asked if we wish to commit for 3 years if so they will give you sign in bonos. After you receive the letter you got to sign and send it back .Then the international pharmacist will email you regarding to submission of documents. There is no contract.

The legal agreement was for the reimbursement of legal fees in connection with filing the H1. The document says that we have to stay with the company for 3 years, otherwise we need to payback the legal fees which is close to $1000. I got the document from International Pharmacist by e-mail.
