Hi

Please somebody who is doing internship in NC let me know how to get deficiency letter in NC.

I am on H4 Visa and I don't have SSN. Is it correct that I have to apply for intern license only within 5 days of starting my internship?
If that is true then how can I get Deficency letter now?

Please somebody reply to me with the required information immediately.

Your help is appreciated.

Hi,N.C.board of pharmacy does not issue def.letter.YOU DO NOT NEED ONE IN N.C.You just fill a form within 5 days of work and have your supervising pharmacist sign it.
