I have an inquiry. If I have a diploma of Clinical Pharmacy from outside the USA, but I took it just after passing my FPGEE exam, does any one has an idea if this diploma will work in The States?, or does it need another FPGEE exam

?

And if not, does it make different that I have a diploma in increasing my salary as a clinical pharmacist other than working with only a bachelor's degree?

When you get your license (iBT,Naplex and internship) you will be a RPh, usually a clinical pharmcist now, should be a PharmD graduate.You will be required to join an online program for two years and costs 40,000/year, for more details you can check this Online Pharm D | Extended Degree Programs | Continuing Education | The University of Montana-Missoula

Does that mean, that PharmD degree should be taken after getting my license?

You have to be RPH (licensed).
