Hi guys.. USCIS send me a message that they already sent the notice of approval. Now what I want to know is in the interview do I have to bring my wife and children in the embassy because want to bring them in an h4 visa. Thanks..... Hi
If you want to bring your wife and kids to the US, then you have to take them with you to the embassy for for an H4 via application when you do your h1b visa application. You will need the children`s birth certificates and your marriage certificate too. You can write to the US embassy in your country for further details, they normally respond to querries. |

I am new to this group.I got my h1b approval and planing to go for stamping this month end. What kind of questions i can expect from the visa officer? I am on EAC batch 149 and i was sponsered by Rite Aid for a pharmacy internship and this morning i checked my status at USCIS website and it said Request for Evidence status. I have also mailed Kim asking what additional documents are required but no reply yet!! Did any one who applied thru Rite Aid or any other pharmacy face this problem? Please help!!
