Is there anyone who has got any response from the Walgreens lawyer and was sponsored for the Arizona area? U could also help me by telling me the processing center for Arizona H1B visa applications.

Hi folks,

After passing all rigid requirements of the FPGEE Certificate program, we all are put in the lottery system of INS. Has anyone have any ideas how to approach NABP, or legislators? Please post it here.

Hi,

i had applied for H1 under premium processing from conneticut MA through an IT consultancy under regular quota but i have still not heard anything from them. they have still not heard anything from USCIS , does that mean my application is not selected?
Can any one suggest me what can i do in this case??

Hello this is srikanth, i got H1-B receipt notice from uscis couple of days back. I have been offered intern position with riteaid in klamath falls, Oregon. If anybody else offered the position in similar location, please contct me at srikanth.ponnada@gmail.com

Hi ! I have applied for H1B under Master s degree quota AND with Premium processing and still have not heard back !! What does it mean? Is anyone else in the same situation? The wait is killing me + I have a job in the US and I dont want to lose it.

I applied for Vermont centre and my case arrived on April 1st as per the Fedex receipt!!

Anybody in the same situation who would know what s going on? Shouldnt I have heard back positive or negative by April 29th ?!!

I have applied for H1B under normal processing, general quota (Vermont Centre) and also my case arrived on April 1st...and still haven't heard back.. I now how you feel.. let's hope we can hear news soon..
